I got mine too for Spring - i'm so confused because I saw a number of people getting VI invites a few weeks ago?

I know I’m confused as well - I thought for sure it was a PFO but I attended their Open Day and spent time on my app so would have been gutted 😭

I just got a post-app PFO for summer so they must've updated all applications at once!

Those that have heard back from Bakers, what was your SJT feedback like? I apparently excelled in applied verbal intellect but every other trait seemed average. I'm just wondering how this compares with others.

Would it be unwise to ask questions in an AC interview regarding the firms recent redundancies? The firm asked us not to mention it in the Q&A with trainees on the open day - I wonder if it would be respected or better left unsaid

I personally would not ask this just to be on the safer side and if they said to not mention it in the open day already, it is definitely a no in the assessment centre.
