Is anyone yet to get the WG from Bird and Bird? I applied on the deadline and don’t know if I should be assumed to be rejected if I haven’t received the test by now since other people have already completed it?

I applied a couple days before the deadline and still waiting, I know of some other people applying at a similar time still waiting

Cleary is requesting an academic transcript as part of their vacation scheme application - anyone know if they only want your university transcript or do we have to include A-level and GCSE transcripts as well?

I don't currently have access to transcripts for my A-level and GCSE exams, although I do my have my certificates. I've emailed them regarding this issue, but I'm not sure how quick their response will be.

I don’t have access to my A-Level transcripts either but I have uploaded my university transcripts and included my A-Level grades on a separate page.

I received an email today stating that they are currently screening applications and will be back to everyone by end of February.

I wasn't asked for any proof of my mitigating circumstances (health condition) when I was offered a VS last year. I'm not sure if this is the norm though

It took two and half weeks for me to get mine as they review your app first so fingers crossed!!! - last year because of the rolling deadline they p much blanket rejected everyone who applied in the last week because they had over 800 apps in the last week

I saw a few PFOs last week and have seen one AC invite but are the majority still waiting?

Your certificates should be sufficient for A-levels and GCSEs - they won’t want transcripts for these as they only care about the overall grade.

The transcript is only really needed for your degree level qualification(s), as they are interested in the module scores.

They can do depends on the circumstances and how they have impacted your grades/profile. It’s one of those things where it tends to be a case by case basis rather than a standardised approach, even within the same firm.

Thank you for this and things related to COVID-19 will not require proof but things related to a family member's illness and that family member having surgeries will require proof.
