My top strengths were resilience, ownership and initiative, and I got above average for all the VR sections

The year I failed, it was cause of the SJT, I asked them and they said I passed the VRT - I had one above, one below and 3 average, so the sjt might hold more weight? But I don’t think anyone knows how those are marked

How much time did everyone have to complete the Osborne Clarke WG? I had 24 mins for 30 questions and theres no way that is with 25% added time
