@Jessica Booker if you get rejected for a spring or summer vacation scheme for one firm are you allowed to apply to that same firm in the next cycle for winter?

In most cases yes, as it will be deemed a new application cycle.

However, some firms make you wait 12 months before reapplying and a small number restrict the number of applications you can make in total in any given time period. In these instances you may not be able to apply for the winter scheme, so it’s worthwhile checking each firm’s re-application policy.

If a firm is requesting a passport-style photo for an AC, do we have to wear formal attire in the photo or would a t shirt suffice?

as it sounds like its head and shoulders only, a t-shirt is likely to be ok.

No situational judgement test this year - it’s been replaced with a video interview.

I received the Stephenson Harwood interactive assessment at noon last Tuesday and it just says 'Please complete this assessment within one week' - when exactly is the deadline for completion? Will it be 7 days starting from the point I received the email?

I would aim to do it by 23.59 tonight just to play on the safe side. The clock may just run in full days and the Tuesday could have counted as the first day.
