Hey guys, I have an interview for an in-house legal internship next week. It's 30 minutes and mostly focused on my motivations. I wondered if anyone had advice on what to prep for in terms of questions.

I’d say think of examples of things you enjoy doing, things you dislike. Strengths/ weaknesses. I would also look at the values of what that company want and use your motivations and strengths to demonstrate those values!

It’s harder to prep for these types of interviews but there are loads of example questions online. Hope this helps a bit!

Reading University have summer accommodation which is about £40 per night or around £430 for a two week stay. It will just depend on how early your vacation scheme is, as if it’s still when students are in term time, it might be difficult to find availability.

@Jessica Booker please answer if you can. Because the practice test lead me to believe the test was some English test when it’s actually WG and I hadn’t prepared for that.

How long do vetting checks at Goldman Sachs take? Its been more than a week since I filled out their on boarding forms and haven't from them since. I do not have a reference for two internships on my CV so I did not mention them in the form I hope that is not a problem.

I don't think this is a Watson Glaser question.

Watson Glaser typically requires you to read a section of more substantial information and then come to a conclusion on it in a "true", "false", "cannot determine" type way, rather than having to provide an answer like "viewers" which would be needed in the above example.

Most vetting checks will take many weeks - most companies won't return reference requests that quickly.

That sounds like quite a basic verbal reasoning test rather than WG so yes testing English.
