@pb15 this is where I heard about Fried Frank's interviews. I would imagine the firm includes this date in its WG invite.

Expecting Ashurst and Fried Frank PFOs. More so from Ashurst than FF. But FF has a compressed timeframe. ACs on 10th June - my birthday. Maybe another set of WG invites tomorrow.

Good to hear you got it. Maybe they’ll wait for more VIs. Then the next stage can start. That’s my experience with other firms. Willkie does something similar to this. VIs are on a rolling basis. Next stage is a set date.

Have you heard back from them? I did their VI in 2023. Turnaround was actually quite quick. Not much notice for the AC. That caught me off guard honestly.

I’m also applying there funnily enough. It’s different to my VS firms. But what is there to lose? My experience is mostly US firms. How do I justify applying there? Honestly struggling for motivation just now. Dream firm is White & Case. However, I’ve never actually worked there. So many apps...

HSF and NRF spring to mind. I'd say it depends on departments. But there are parallels with HSF. Strong projects and disputes practice groups. Both merged with Australian firms too. Ashurst is broadly considered silver circle. Silver circle firms are compared here.

The Lawyer is decent for headlines. Then other sites for the info. Just put the headlines into Google.

Not necessarily, TCs are still open. Dentons, Stephenson Harwood to name two. How much do you want this? Not to be patronising with that. It’s what my friend asked me. It finally clicked this year ultimately. It’s worth applying to more firms. Like with the UCAS application basically.

Does Dentons typically accept career changers? Any insights into them would help. 25 TC places - should probably apply.

Fried Frank's deadline is next week. How quick are they to respond? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
