For the 1-2-1 monthly advice calls, I will now be adding my availability on a weekly basis rather than monthly. We are receiving an increased number of rescheduled and cancelled appointments, which limits the number of opportunities available (as...
That is sufficient research - you don’t have to come up with something unique or obscure. I would expect most research to be accessible to everyone. The individuality and impact comes from when you explain why that research is relevant to you.
If you would attend the banking event over Freshfields, then I don’t think it is worthwhile applying. You can attend events with them later in the year and apply for a vacation scheme next autumn if your preference now is for the banking event.
I'd just let it be. If you submitted the information ok, they are likely to have it. It would only be if you were worried this hadn't been submitted properly that I would contact them (but given this has happened to other people, I wouldn't worry about it).
Just some of the things that get covered in this question:

You could find you study the LPC and then have to do the SQE anyway. Given you wouldn’t finish an LLM course until September 2024 (assuming you are starting in September...
Have you secured a TC? If not, I would recommend looking at SQE courses instead. The SQE is replacing the LPC anyway and there are many more providers, meaning the courses very much more in price.
It is tricky (and why these questions sometimes don't work as a simple yes/no answer).
Ultimately the question can be interpreted in multiple ways, including whether you have the right to work now. Given that, I would actually put yes, especially given there is a strong chance you will have...
References are typically not contacted until an offer is made. Even this firm could be collecting this information just for ease for the on-boarding processes rather than screening purposes.
If it is a tick box, just don't tick as this shows you do not want for them to be contacted freely...
