Where would you do the GDL?

Hi all, I get the choice of which city to do the GDL in. None of them are my uni city, and I don't have links/friends to any of them. I get a stipend of about £12,850 from my firm to live off. Obviously for London this is no where near enough and will just about cover rent. I won't have any...

Interviewed on the same day with a firm for a TC. The interview went well, and the partners told me that at interview too. People heard back with offers, but I've not heard yet. I assume this means a rejection?

Right this may be a bit of a dumb question. I have a video interview that I need to do asap. The email said "deadline for this interview is 12 November 2020 (GMT+00:00)". So does that mean the deadline is midnight tonight (weds)? or midnight tomorrow (thurs)?
