Is it safe to assume PFO from WFW Post VI if I have not heard back yet? I saw someone on the forum being offered an AC

My friend got a rejection 2 weeks ago another friend got an AC last week.

I’ve heard nothing. I’m holding out as they have 4 AC dates.

what are the dates? if you know

I’m not sure of all of them, my friend was given one next Tuesday and was told that they could have Thursday also. I assume the other two are in August or maybe late July?

I don’t know how many are on an AC so can’t exactly work out our odd as they could have 6 per AC or 3

A bit off topic. But is it ever worth following up on Mini-Pupilages? I received an email saying they would convey a conclusion to me; but I have received none after two months.

Sorry to hear this; when I applied for VS it was the same, I got super high scores on the amberjack. I think the MB amberjack is just scored very highly and is actually just as arbitrary as any other test

I'm glad to hear you were able to do the interview (even if there was a slight delay), and well done for completing it!! It is always so hard to predict how you have done, but I'm sure it probably went better than you think Fingers crossed!!

I knew some got PFO'd after the first stage. They will invite AC at the end of July.

Hi, I recently completed an essay competition by Fountain Court Chambers. The essay requires us to analyse the impact of unilateral and multilateral sanctions (think about US sanctions on Cuba, or Russian sanctions).

I think it is relevant to HFW’s commodities seat, which is the 1st seat trainees usually do.

I have completed it,I’m planning to submit it, but idk whether I should include it. I haven’t actually won anything, and there is no way they can verify that I’ve done this.

Should I include it in my DTC app for HFW?
