Received an email this morning from Travers Smith stating they apologise for the long reply time and is due to a large volume of applications and that they will be back in touch in the next couple of weeks.

Hello! So I have a question. In an M&A case study, when using the firm's departmental approach, what will be the role of the corporate insurance and reinsurance department in the case study? Also, would the insurance team have anything to do with indemnities or would that be under the finance or corporate team?

Hey @Jessica Booker, if a firm is holding 3 different vac schemes in April, June and July, each with 10 people, is it possible that I will be disadvantaged if I do the July one, i.e. if they've given out the vast majority of their TCs by that point? Or do firms typically assess everyone before handing out TCs?
