Hi, i have just been sent an email about booking an AC time slot. One next week and one the week after. Am I at a disadvantage if book the one for the week after?

No - they wouldn't hold ACs later if there was no need for the candidates.

I applied for Linklaters Direct TC and just logged on to my portal - is says candidate review is complete and the status of my application is 'on hold'.

Does anyone know what this all means?

me too!!! js says "77% on hold", i've not rly seen people getting any correspondence from linklaters so i guess we just have to wait it out SIGH

I think they said they'll respond following the deadline which was 2 days ago, and today is the first working day after that deadline. so i expect they'll start responding this week or next week.

Not sure about the direct TC but for a VS application it was 'on hold' for a while until I got my AC invite- don't think it indicates anything, just have to wait it out!

Same! To confirm - the mail says we have to complete the test "within three days of receiving this email": by when do we have to submit this?
