Quick question re group exercises in assessment centres - are you ever asked to rank each team member's performance throughout the task?

I have never heard of this so I am inclined to say no, it would be a bit unusual since everyone is in competition so I am assuming people will rank everyone very low to shine. In my experience, this has not been the case, we had partners and graduate recruitment evaluating us and that was it.

Better safe than sorry I think - so I think I'd do email unless your social media isn't obviously linked to you

I personally would not do that, I do not think it is productive. They are very busy this time of year so I would cut them some slack and try to focus on other applications and forget about the ones you have submitted. This is how I moved on from applications once submitted last year!

lol maybe for all you know those with a higher % are closer to a PFO. I just wish they at least clarify this.

Someone’s portal was updated and it said “Application Unsuccessful” so maybe check your portal?

I think most ppl on this thread applied for a vac scheme and we have different percentages.
