I applied to Bird and Bird on the deadline and have not received an invitation to complete the Watson Glaser yet... Does anyone know how long it takes to receive one??

I submitted mine on 17/11 and heard back on 01/12. It took two weeks as they review your application and select you for the WG test so I think it's normal that you have not heard back especially with the holidays coming up and all

Hey everyone, I am posting here for the first time to hold myself accountable! Please do give me insight on any of these applications. For context, all of these are Spring/Summer Vacation Scheme. I am a second year Law student at a Russel Group uni

• Linklaters - taken WG, waiting ⏳
• Slaughter and May - waiting⏳
• Hogan Lovells - waiting for WG⏳

Planning to apply for:

• Kirkland & Ellis
• Freshfields
• Fieldfishers
• Curtis
• Katten
• Macfarlanes
• Trowers & Hamlins

I have a few questions but it might be wiser to post them as separate replies. In the meantime, if anyone has heard back from any of the firms I am waiting to hear from, please let me know!

Any advice on what to put on an "anything else you want to tell us when considering your application?" non-compulsory question? Should I leave it blank? Is this just for any academic concessions or should I put extra details about myself?
