I have 2 Silver Circle Summer ACs the first week of March. I'm worried most Vac Scheme places would have been taken, because these are essentially the final slots. Will the timing of my ACs mean it is significantly tougher to get a Summer Vac Scheme offer compared to if I had my ACs, say, mid-Jan?

No - standards will be the same for the first assessment as it will be for the last

The term typically means assessing skills required for the job (team work, organisational skills etc)

Howwver, I have seen career motivation and commercial awareness be deemed competencies, as you technically need them for the job too. Therefore, it is not impossible that a motivational question could be deemed a competency question.

just finished my fieldfisher test ahhh. it was actually really fun.... my top traits were resilience and self-awareness and my lowest was client centricity. dont know if im gonna get thru to telephone interviews tho with that lol.

really sorry to hear this. I also got rejected from Macs and just wondering why you say it didn't go well. nerves always get the best of me
