When the camera starts recording, it often feels like everything you prepared disappears, and instead of sounding natural, you rush, you ramble, or you freeze.

How Our Video Interviews Work
Instead of going into your next video interview without guidance, you rehearse for the specific law firm you are interviewing with. You can choose from hundreds of commercial, situational and motivational questions, record your response, and watch it back with fresh eyes. Very quickly, you start to notice things you would never catch in the moment: the pace of your speech, whether your examples wander, if your motivation sounds generic, or if you lose structure halfway through.
But we don’t stop at practice. With your access, you’ll receive a written feedback guide showing you what strong video interview answers look like, including how to structure them, how to demonstrate commercial awareness, how to balance confidence with authenticity, and what differentiates average answers from strong ones. Then, when you’ve practised, you can choose a recording you want help with and send it to the TCLA team. We’ll review it and send you detailed written feedback, breaking down what you did well, what could be sharpened, and exactly how to improve next time.

After you purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Video Interview Simulator. You can then choose a time that suits you. Each answer is recorded and saved for you to review, and when you’re ready, you can select a recording to send us for personalised feedback. A member of the TCLA team will review it and return detailed written feedback within one working day, so you can improve quickly and apply it to future attempts
As soon as you purchase, you’ll get access to the simulator and the interview feedback guide. When you submit your recording to us, you’ll receive written feedback within 1 working day.
You’ll receive a written response with clear, practical comments on what you did well, what could be improved, and how to change your answer next time. We break it down question-by-question so it’s easy to incorporate into your future practice.
You can record and review as many answers as you want. Alongside that, you’ll receive detailed written feedback up to five recorded questions of your choice from the TCLA team. You choose the clip you want help with — ideally one that represents your typical performance, or a question you find difficult.
