So it’s 45s to prepare 60s to answer and I’m not sure about sharing questions the last time someone did that everyone was getting mad plus all the questions are randomized so you would probably not get the same questions as me anyways but I can guarantee there will be one commercial awareness question and 4 competency based questions

As someone who hadn’t sat a video interview before I would definitely practice recording yourself first, it was something I wish I’d done in advance! It’s such a weird experience it may help you look professional!

I can’t share questions because I’m not sure it would even help since it is randomised! But they are mostly competency based! Know your cv! I practice competency questions before every interview, considering which experience best demonstrates my skills which just helps reassure me!

I haven’t but I’m not expecting to til Friday, I read that a lot of grad recruit teams are under a lot of pressure with everything going on! Trying to be patient (still have push notifications on my emails and run to my phone whenever it dings )

true but at the same time a lot of people were rejected even before the WG, I think you’d be more likely to hear from those who had a VI than those rejected!
