Same on the HL WG. Does the length of time between the application and sending out the tests mean they have screened apps first?

edit: I suppose the only likely way we will find out this is the case is if someone on the forum has received a PFO.

This was post application, I simply replied to the email they sent and they sent me feedback and suggestions for improvement for next cycle which they encouraged me to apply for. Hope that helps

My friend asked the question to GR at HL if they screen apps before sending the WG invites - they don’t! They send WG invites to everyone they screen apps together with the WG test after it’s been completed!
