As much as it possibly can.

Applications should always be updated both in terms of your experience and also how your motivations have been refined, and also be critically reviewed to see how they can be improved.

The way I describe it to people is “if nothing has really changed since your last application, why do you expect the outcome to be any different this time around” - and if that is the recruiter’s perception, they maybe unwilling to interview you again if they expect the outcome of that interview/assessments to be any different than last time, especially if getting an interview is in itself competitive.

Hi everyone! Just offered a TI invite with NRF. If anyone has any advice on the structure of the interview/ how best to prep - please let me know :). Would greatly appreciate any advice & best of luck to everyone awaiting application responses :)

Thanks Jessica. I was 100% when I applied and even up to the video interview but now I’m not so sure. I’ve failed around 10 ACs at other firms over a few years though and feel as though this is the only chance I’ll get.
It will be a risk you will have take if you were to accept the role then. I understand why people may not be sure, especially if the opportunity or the firm is not their first choice, but it will be more difficult to switch at any point later on where the programmes are designed to give you specialist experience.
