The 31st date could be a mistake too considering how late they opened apps.Baker McKenzie holding email says:
We will review applications on a rolling basis and you will be advised if you are successful to progressing to the next stage, an online test, by no later than 31st December 2022.
I am assuming the 2022 is a typo lol
