Just got my Latham Spring AC invite, I could literally cry. It's my first ever AC, God is good😭

Does anyone have any clue what Links even looks for? What does a WG and the CAPP test even say about candidates? My app is also 'on hold 77%' on the portal.

I am interviewing for them next week. They got in touch last week and said that their interviews are running Monday - Thursday next week.

For people who are waiting on Latham, this is their response:

'We are currently in the process of reviewing your applications and wanted to inform you that we are making steady progress. We understand that you are eager to hear back, and we are working to complete the reviews as efficiently as possible.

Our aim is to communicate the outcomes to you by the end of the month. We appreciate your patience as we work through the volume of applications to ensure each one receives the attention it deserves.'

Did you email the GR to get this response? I applied for spring VS and didn't see this in my inbox/junk box

Just got an email invite to Latham AC! but when I click on the link to confirm a slot it says "you do not have an interview" lol? anyone else get this? bit of an emotional roller coaster
