Same here! I think applications are screened. I saw this on their website "All application forms are reviewed by our graduate recruitment team and a selection of applicants then are put forward for a short video interview". Best of luck with your interviews :)

Who do diversity schemes apply to?

Hi Karim, I'm unsure what you mean by support whether its monetary or mentorship etc. If mentorship, there are a number of initiatives around- Aspiring Solicitors, Law Collective, SEO London, Rare Recruitment, Urban Lawyers. I wouldn't automatically rule yourself out, so i suggest applying :)

A key thing that has been told to me is like what others have mentioned is to make your weakness sound reliable and also if the question allows give ways in which you have actively tried to improve on that weakness e.g. if public speaking is your weakness you could perhaps mention how you've...

    Interview/AC attire - females

I would have it with you and perhaps have it on during interviews etc, but during the rest of the activities take it off. I agree I find blazers to be quite restrictive and uncomfortable and that's how I work around it

    Interview/AC attire - females

I agree with Alice, I tend to wear a suit dress, but I don't think firms are too fussed as long as you're in formal wear and stick with 'reserved' colours, such as navy, grey and black.

    Hearing Back from Firms + AC & Interview Tips Share - 2018 - 2019

Hi Naomi, sorry to hear this. I work full time and my hours are quite tumultuous so I understand. I go about it by being incredibly disciplined (which I know is easier said than done). For example, if I know I had a WG test that needed to be completed in a couple of days so I used any and all...

    Grammarly for applications?

Hey, I would recommend 'Natural reader', it has helped me tremendously with applications. It won't pick up on grammatical errors per se but hearing it out loud, does help. Plus its free- https://www.naturalreaders.com/
