I just honestly don’t know how they can describe that as a strengths based interview on the website and explicitly say it was competency and strengths and then throw two commercial questions jn

Absolutely agree. I attended their open day and in the presentation they said that the video interview would be strength based. But actually there was absolutely no strength based questions imo - not really fair :/
