How long after an TC AC should I wait before asking for an update? The grad rec said a week to a week and a half, and it's been over 2 weeks now. This firm recruits on a rolling basis, so I can't tell whether i just don't meet their calibre and they are waiting to have all their AC's, and make all their offers, before rejecting me. (And I know i'm being impatient but this wait is nerve-racking!)
Give them a call/email on Monday if you haven’t heard anything back by then.

Hey,

Does anyone including @Jessica Booker know if law firms require the same LPC grades for self-funded students as they do for sponsored students? For example, if the firm requires sponsored students to get a commendation for every module on the LPC, does that tend to mean this will be required if you obtain a TC as a self-funded student?

Typically yes. I am sure there are exceptions, but if the policy is there for sponsored trainees, it makes sense to apply it to all trainees.
