Has anyone applied to Browne Jacobson? I'm slightly confused about their application process

They website implies that the links to online tests are automatically sent out when the application is submitted (to be considered in combination with the application) but the email I received when I submitted my application doesn't mention any tests. It says they will shortlist applications and contact applicants who reach the next stage

Does this mean the tests are only following a successful application? It seems unlikely because the questions asked in the application are fairly limited. Anyone else in this situation?

How important are the Cognify test results in the Ashurst application process? I feel like I got a lot of them correct but also made a lot of mistakes, especially when making quick calculations in my head

Is the Arctic Shores test equivalent to the Revelian Aptitude Test? I am so confused!

I got the invite to a test yesterday which had to be completed by Monday: the email said to contact grad rec before taking the test if you get adjustments, which I do, but no one will be back in the office until after the deadline has lapsed so what do I do? The email also says no extensions will be granted.

I am sure they will be able to take this into account given no one is able to respond to the reasonable adjustment request and will be able to extend the deadline in these instances.

It’s really difficult to advise on this as they may say that they can then only take your results from the first sitting with no adjustment. You should do what you think is the best approach for you.

Did the Ashurst assessments. The numerical ones were all pretty brutal. They seem to be looking to hire mentats? (From Dune) Emotify was alright, but apparently I lack emotional understanding

does ashurst's test deadline of "within 3 days of receiving this email" mean 3 calendar days or 3 working days?
