....how strange, I haven't heard of anything like this before?? @Jaysen have you come across firms that state "if a space becomes available (if an applicant withdraws) we will be in touch to offer you a place on our assessment centre"?? Not sure what to make of this?
The rejection email is different to a reserve position. People do also drop out and then they contact people on the reserve list.
